I Want Wednesday

You may have noticed that I have been severely slacking with my blog posts. The main reason for this is due to last weeks cleaning and packing, and this weeks unpacking and organizing. That's right, I finally moved out of my itsy-bitsy, teeny-weeny little apartment, and into a much more spacious one. Now, instead of trying to do all of my crafts and sewing on my insanely small dining room table, which was really just in the living room, I have my own studio! I have wanted a creative place to call my own for a really long time, and am so incredibly happy to finally have one. 

All I can think about this past week is how much I want, and need, to decorate my studio. Right now I have my boyfriend's old Ikea desk, and pretty much nothing else. I'm hoping to get furniture and maybe a new desk soon. I want to transform my room into a space that inspires me, and makes me feel creative, productive, and artistic. I've been pulling inspiration from around the web (some of the pictures above)  for what I am looking for in a studio. I know it will probably take some time with my budget, but just having a place to call my own makes it the most amazing space ever. P.s. the pic below is of my studio haha. Hopefully when it's all set up and decorated I can do before and after pics.
