It's that time of year when the smell of cookies is lingering in the air. Thin Mints, Samoas, Tag Alongs; who doesn't love a Girl Scout cookie? To be honest with you, I have been vegan for many years now and have not eaten a Girl Scout cookie in forever. But I won't lie, I crave Thin Mint cookies often. Oh, and Samoas too! I was never a girl scout but I always tagged along with my childhood best friend's troop. I love the youthful, rugged nostalgia of the organization, and the bold, trademark colors. Just the thought of the scouts instantly makes wish I were wearing a sash with patches and camping!
